These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "You") and A1 Aviation, operated by A1 Ride LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington, United States.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website at a1aviation.org, submitting an inquiry, making a booking, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of others, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations.

2. Nature of Our Services

2.1 Agency Relationship

A1 Aviation operates exclusively as a travel agency and intermediary. We facilitate flight bookings and provide travel consultation services, connecting customers with airlines and other travel service providers. It is crucial to understand:

Key Service Distinctions:

  • We are NOT an airline and do not operate any aircraft
  • We do NOT control flight schedules, routes, or pricing
  • We act as your agent in securing bookings with third-party providers
  • The actual contract of carriage is between you and the airline
  • We are bound by the rules and regulations of each airline partner

2.2 Scope of Services

Our comprehensive travel services include:

  • Flight Search & Booking: Access to global flight inventory across 400+ airlines
  • Fare Optimization: Finding the best available rates and routing options
  • Booking Management: Assistance with modifications, cancellations, and rebooking
  • Travel Consultation: Expert advice on destinations, airlines, and travel requirements
  • Documentation Support: Guidance on passport, visa, and health requirements
  • 24/7 Support: Emergency assistance and customer service
  • Group Bookings: Specialized services for corporate and group travel

3. User Responsibilities & Obligations

3.1 Information Accuracy Requirements

The accuracy of information you provide is critical for successful travel. You bear full responsibility for:

Passenger Information:

  • Name Accuracy: Names must match government-issued ID exactly (including middle names/initials)
  • Date of Birth: Must be accurate to avoid security and boarding issues
  • Gender: Must match passport/ID for international travel
  • Contact Details: Current email and phone for urgent communications
  • Passport Details: Number, expiration date, and issuing country
  • Nationality: For visa and entry requirement verification

Name Change Policy: Airlines typically charge $75-$500 for name corrections. Some tickets do not allow name changes at all. Ensure absolute accuracy when booking.

3.2 Travel Documentation Requirements

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents:

  • Respectful Conduct: Treat airline staff and fellow passengers with courtesy
  • Accurate Representation: Not misrepresent yourself or travel intentions
  • Financial Obligations: Pay all fees and charges when due
  • Communication: Respond promptly to booking-related inquiries

Pricing, Payment, and Booking Confirmation

Indicative Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change until booking is confirmed. Prices may vary based on:

  • Seat availability at time of booking
  • Fuel surcharges and taxes
  • Currency exchange rates
  • Airline pricing policies
  • Seasonal demand fluctuations

Final Pricing

Final pricing, including all taxes, fees, and surcharges, will be provided by our travel consultants before booking confirmation. This includes:

  • Base fare
  • Government taxes and fees
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Airline fees
  • Our service fees

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or document from A1 Aviation. Until you receive this confirmation, your booking is not guaranteed.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Airline Policies: Cancellation, change, and refund policies are primarily determined by the airlines and may vary significantly between carriers and fare types. These policies may include:

  • Non-refundable fare restrictions
  • Change fees and penalties
  • Cancellation deadlines
  • Refund processing times

Agency Role: A1 Aviation will assist in processing cancellation, change, and refund requests according to airline rules and policies. We may apply administrative fees for processing these requests.

Important: Refunds are not guaranteed and depend entirely on airline policies and fare rules. Some tickets may be non-refundable or subject to significant penalties.

Limitation of Liability

Agency Role: A1 Ride LLC (A1 Aviation) acts as an agent and intermediary only. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, or other service providers.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall A1 Ride LLC's total liability exceed the amount of service fees paid to us for the specific booking in question.

Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Personal injuries, death, or property damage during travel
  • Loss or damage to luggage
  • Denied boarding or travel document issues
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Terrorist acts or civil unrest
  • Government actions or policy changes

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of A1 Ride LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
  • Modify or create derivative works from our content
  • Use automated systems to access or scrape our website

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
